CBCT (or Dental Cone Beam Computed Tomography) is a specialized X-ray technology that provides a 3D view of your teeth, facial bones, nerve passageways and soft tissue. It is especially useful for diagnosis and developing treatment plans for diseases or pathologies in the bones. It is used when conventional X-rays are not sufficient.
